I May found some information on it. The F415 is stated to be used in the Tactical Tomahawk and this picture from Williams International says that the WJ38-7 Turbofan is used in the Tactical Tomahawk since 2004.

Edit: the picture looks like the other one you have Up there. 1000047333.jpg
Edit 2:
The source: https://uspto.report/TM/90881338
USPTO.report source: https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=...TION&caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch

Good luck, Williams International is notoriously tight lipped with their engine information. If anything is available, it would likely be from a source other than WI themselves.

Even the best crumble sometimes... Its from a trademark from WI on uspto where they put that as specimen. So its from them but Not them them.

A patent search for patents by Williams on the USPTO website should reveal some interesting information.

I find it interresting how mutch larger the SPFC of F415 compared to F107 is. Its around 50% larger (give or take ~5%) but F415 has 0.3kN more trust. I guess thats the trade off they were willing to choose for an cheaper engine. But i think after some +26 years old i guess that maybe some extra performance and fuel reduction is possible

Search DTIC for past conference papers, keywords to search includes "cruise missile engine", "airbreathing engines", "expendable turbojet/turbofan" .....
