I could see the UK buying F-111Bs along with the -Ks. The -Bs are really the type of fighter that the UK needed, BARCAP. Long range, good loiter time, good sensors and weapons. Ideally, they'd stick afterburning Speys into their versions instead of the TF30s.But that gets us into the problem of those planes being bought with US dollars, and the British were always short of dollars.
