What Was This Bomber's Model of 1951 ?

who can ID that bomber ?,as I think it was not airliner,and I suggest
it belongs to Lockheed ?!.

there is a very closer design from Boeing ?,as a patent.

You may have something there, Hesham. You can barely make it out, but at the far end of the desk is something resembling a Boeing314 flying boat.

The two nacelles resemble a sort of F-104A w/o any wing, rudders, tail erc.

Sorry to necropost (almost a year!) but the aircraft on the foreground looks rather like the USAF Air Materiel Command Design 938A, found in the following thread, but with wing tanks, doesn't it?
