What was NATO NIAG Program

Hi,

what was NATO NIAG Program ?,I know the BAe HS.838 was submitted to
this contest.

NIAG is only known to me as the "NATO Industrial Advisory Group", just have a
look here https://diweb.hq.nato.int/niag/Pages_Anonymous/NIAG-History.aspx,
so no procurement/development program.

I know that,but in Avro Archive,the BAe HS.838 was an aircraft Project submitted
to this concept,so I ask about it,and if there was anther Projects in this competition
or not ?.

It would not have been a competition. NIAG studies aren't procurement programs, just examinations of alternative approaches, best practices, etc.
