I get how it could be used for rocket fuel.  I get that it could even be a superconductor.  I don't get how anybody would think it a good idea to string rocket fuel hither and yon, just waiting for the opportunity to go from "superconducting power transmitter" to "world's bestest rocket fuel and explosive".
