Simple things like having a hot brew or someone who nhas a chance to get food to other crew members, spell the drive etcv etc etc. Not to mention reducing the cognitive load on the crew.The idea whould be to improve the lot of the crew rathere than drive them into PTSD etc, fatigue has a definite impact on this. So, where do they want to spoen the extra money it will cost to get what they want? Especially when the money just is not there.
