it's about a week that the very interesting and also useful Norbert Brugge's website about space rockets is out of reach.

Try replacing "de" with "eu"

I contacted Norbert a couple of months ago. He replied to my mail "I am old, sick and my database is off. My website will be closed soon. Sorry".
