Westland P13?

I remember seeing this reference as a project that was being looked at at about the same time as the Welkin or before hand. I seem to remember it being powered by two Rolls-Royce Merlin engines in tandem or something along those lines. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about, or am I just spouting nonsense?
