Were the Dutch De Zeven Provincien frigates built in the Netherlands or Romania?

The reason why I'm posting this is because there doesn't seem to be information regarding where the hulls were built. I'm not sure if the hulls were built in Romania then shipped to the Netherlands for assembly.
 
All four ships were laid down in Vlissingen.
Construction of the first ship in class started in 1998. In May 1999, Damen bought a majority stake of 51% in the shipyard in Galați, Romania. Since then, that share has increased.

Hull parts for the Holland-class OPVs were built in Galați.
Combat Support Ship Den Helder is currently under construction in Galați., to arrive in the Netherlands later this year.
