the Welch OW-9M was a high-wing light aircraft project,powered by one O-145
Lycoming engine.

The page is interesting but I can see a couple of inaccuracies: OW-M5 to OW-M9 instead of OW-5M to OW-9M, engines for the OW-5M and OW-6M inverted.
