Hi,
does anybody have a contact address for aviation author David W. Menard? (Preferrably e-mail, but snail mail will do as well.)
I purchased his book "Buzz Numbers", which includes tantalizing
excerpts of certain USAF regulations and T.O.s, which I have unsuccessfully tried to find for years. So I'd like to contact him about these documents.
To preserve the privacy of Mr. Menard, it might be a good idea if you send any specific information to me via e-mail or PM. Thank you in advance!
