This AI based tool can do a remarkable job of turning low quality, low resolution images into better ones. Its a big download and the resizes are slow, but the results can be really good.

The second image is a 4x scaleup of a tiny pic which shows the limitations of the technique. The mockup and canopy look great but faces look alien and the writing, unreadable in the original, now seems to be alien hieroglyphics.
