Hello again Hesman, in fact the project was from 1981, and started out as a kit homebuilt VTOL personal vehicle.

I just ended an article (in spanish, sorry. I am planning to start writing in english soon) detailing what I know about it history, including some new material I came across this year, and all related patents: "Dreams of vertical flight: The 1981's Vulcan Starfire
