Here is the V-360, a 1947 proposal for a Pilotless Aircraft (PA) Target Amphibious.
Drawings from the VAHF archives.

CVS-14040 General Arrangement
CVS-14043 Alighting Gear
CVS-14046 Inboard Profile

FYI these should also be pinned to the Vought list. Should I do that or is it a Moderator/Owner privilege?

Neat. Looks like the vehicle only lands in water, but is launched by some other means.

I believe the engine is most likely to be the 0-45-1 engine

That makes sense. The O-45 was an enlarged development of Walter Righter's 2-GS-17 (O-15-1). The O-45-1s were built by Righter, Kiekhaefer, and Menasco. According to Off Target: America’s Guided Bombs, Missiles and Drones 1917-1950 by William Wolf, Righter-built O-45-1s went to the AAF while Kiekhaefer production went to the Navy (Wolf doesn't say where Menasco-built O-45s went).

Bill's third drawing is caption with "Kiekhaefer KB-35" which must have been the inhouse designation for the O-45-1.

OT: Wolf also mentions a 35 hp O-45-35 for Radioplane's OQ-17 gunnery target drone. That sub-type designations seems to be based on output. Does anyone know if there were any other O-45 sub-types?
