Vickers and New York Shipyard Private Carrier Proposals

Many years ago I've found this table in the University of Tokyo's Yuzuru Hiraga online archive. It is an early 1920's table comparing various carriers by size, air group and armament, and there are two designs I've never ever seen mentioned anywhere else, a British Vickers Aircraft Carrier, and an American New York Shipbuilding Company's design.

Does any of you heard of these proposals?

On page 73 there is a low quality scan of these two designs, showing a modified/improved Hermes and a smaller sized Saratoga.
The image is clearly from the Hiraga archive but I've yet to find these drawings in it!
