VF-1 Valkyrie from Robotech

Here are some VF-1 Valkyrie fantasy paint schemes. I re-drew the line art at the Robotech Reference Guide, then colored it. The manufacturer names are from the same website. First is the VF-1J version; I really like the retro 90th Anniversary color scheme used by the 111th FS and decided to see what it would look like on a Valkyrie. I also did a more conventional color scheme.

I know lots of people like these, but the Japanese "giant fighting robot" concept makes me want to reach through the screen and strangle the writers.
