here is a strange helicopter with Mr. Herbert Munter

So, not a Boeing helicopter design but an amateur effort by Blaine Stubblefield.

FWIW, in the '30s and '40s, Stubblefield was a magazine writer - initially on electronics, later for Aviation News (mainly about helicopters) and Flying.
