I didn't see a thread on this engine using Search, so I'll just start one as this really boggles my mind.

I was reading a space blog and came upon a recent entry about the VASIMR engine, when I noticed the flags on the engine.

I spy a US flag, Canadian flag, UK Flag, Indian Flag, and what really made me go 'wtf?!', a North Korean flag. Can someone please explain that to me?

Costa Rica, not North Korea. Chang-Diaz is from CR.
