Just looking for info on primarily detection ranges, it is remarkably difficult to find info on these system even if by now they are museum pieces. This is primarily aimed at F-101, 102 and 106 radars, but info on say F-86D, F-94 or F-89 radars is very welcome, also info on contemporary USN interceptor radars as well (pre F-4 for which thankfully we do have some figures now).
Looking on the www i only found the following:
For MG-13 radar on F-101, tracking range (not detection range? seemingly against bomber targets) quoted as 30 n.m. for early models and 40 n.m. for upgraded models after 1960. The range of the upgraded MG-13 IIP is a bit murky, the 200 n.m. figure must surely refer to radar scale and/or data received from SAGE showing targets up to that distance, rather than the radar itself seeing that far? Also given that the tracking range is mentioned in the link, presumably the detection range would be somewhat over that, say around 40 n.m. for early models and 50 n.m. post 1960?

For the MA-1 on the F-106, beam (not frontal) aquisition ranges against a bomber (B-52) was 40 to 50 n.m., while later upgraded models could do 60 n.m. against same in beam or underside attacks. Judging by info on beam detection ranges for various F-4 radars, frontal detection ranges for MA-1 would then be a bit less that the figure above right, more or less similar to MG-13 ranges? Also tracking range seems to be set at around 35 n.m. for MA-1.

For the F-102 radar i have almost nothing, except a wiki entry saying 30 n.m for MG-10. I saw a similar range figure for the F-86D radar as well i think, no idea how accurate. On the USN nightfighters/interceptors though i have nothing.
There is a topic showing the weight of the various Hughes radars, what stands out is the huge weight of the MA-1 at 2000lb, the thing is almost as heavy as the Zaslon, or about as heavy as the AN/ASG-18! Is this accurate, or perhaps really the weight of various electronic boxes other than the radar itself are included?
Any input is greatly appreciated. Again, my main angle of interest is to compare the capabilities and weights of the US radars of the era against soviet equivalents/contemporaries.
