here is a small info about it from Aerofiles site;

Tri-Motor Travel Air c.1965 = Modification of a Beech Travel Air with an added 180hp Lycoming IO-360 in its nose. Production unknown.

it's the same company,it was Howard Aero Inc.,of course not related to Howard Aircraft Corporation
company.

Very nice image Maveric, thanks! hesham is right, though, this was from Howard Aero, a completely different company who also modified the Ventura and Lodestar twins into executive transports.
