Found in my files, any ideas? Some type of trainer based on the VT squadron code?

Nice Project RAP,

and I think maybe it was a rival to North American T3J Sabreliner,and clearly it
was from not a very famous company,such as Temco,Bellanca,Piper or Helio ?.
