I think it was from Bell design.

Any proof of this? Or just an impression? (my impression was "Douglas", but couldn't find it in any of my files on these two manufacturers).

I agree with Stargazer, it has a Douglas feel about it. Do you know the time frame of the image?

Looks like result of ménage a trios involving Douglas Skyray, Douglas skyhawk, and Dassault entendart.

Delta wing, two jets, central con on inlets, some Douglas supersonic designe, or Grumman,?, Vuoght ? or Convair
Very interesning model

Could it be, we looking at the design of the "Super Demon" what became the Phantom F-4 ?

in 1953 the McDonnell Aircraft company start to redesign the F3H Demon
powered with 2 jet engine and a Modular cockpit system for one or 2 pilots depending the mission.

No. The Super Demon was different and it's already well documented on this forum.

Re-read the last posts above, it IS settled that this was a Bell design.

Without OBB's blessing, I can confirm this picture as the Bell D-139 prelimary design as a VTOL interceptor, which led to the initial concept of the Bell D-188 VTOL Fighter (F3L). Maybe I wasn't clear proving my confirmation in my earlier post.
Again as you see here in the layout preview of V2N3, you can see the picture (with a magnifying glass ;)) . Then you can also see a sideview drawing in the topic regarding the Bell D-188 VTOL Fighter (F3L). :)

Bell D-139 Preliminary Design: follow the red arrow.

I deeply apologize for the typing blooper, I mean "it IS settled", NOT "it isn't..." :-[
