I posted this at NSF
it from the 1994 book The Future of U.S. Rocketry by Edward Hujsak.
at NSF they think this is proposed heavy-lift Atlas 2 design.

Hujsak it is spelled... pronounced hijack?

I wonder if that book influenced Musk...a lot of talk about welding... simplification...

I think it is the author's own drawing.
