Artist's impression of Boeing EPX proposal. The EPX program was cancelled on February 1, 2010. After the cancellation of the EP-X Program, the US Navy has planned to replace the EP-3E Aries II with the MQ-4C Triton Broad Area Maritime Surveillance (BAMS) unmanned aircraft and the MQ-8B Fire Scout unmanned helicopter.
