Does anyone have infor About this yet his name is IV Stalin 1954
No, definitely
not a vehicle named "IV Stalin 1954".
The caption reads something like: "General view of a turretless tank. Project of the VA BTV named for I.V. Stalin, 1954, g."
The facility name refers to the Kharkov-based 'Engineering Troops Military Academy named for I.V. Stalin'. So, this may well by a student concept project (although A. A. Morozov was also sometimes involved with the VA BTV so there is a slim change of KB-60M Design Bureau involvement).
On the Google Translate above, AFAIK, the "g." at the end is just an abbreviation of
god or 'year'. In the original caption, the abbreviation "im." is short for
imeni or 'named' (for).
BTW, you might consider changing your title. Obviously this is
not a 'Soviet Swedish Tank' ('strv' just stands for
stridsvagn). Without the type number 103, your title doesn't make make sense. Perhaps change your title to 'Soviet S-Tank' or some such?
And maybe read (or re-read this forum's rules page --
