TRW Venus Orbiter Proposal - 1968

Back in 1968 TRW proposed that the last spacecraft in the series Pioneer A-E be modified so that it could be used as the first Venus Orbiter. Mission objectives included a study of the solar winds interaction with the Venusian environment.

Thank you for doing that. I think I have a copy of that somewhere. I have heard of at least one person who downloaded the entire NTRS site. I don't know if that's true, but I suspect that there a multiple copies of the entire pre-withdrawal database. Certainly the Chinese have one.
