Documentary about PW's research facility in Florida. Back in the 90's, PW was looking to consolidate its' jet engine facilities and Florida decided that retirees and tourists were just fine. Connecticut was already favored because all the senior execs would have had to move. The only part of the facility still at work is the Sikorsky Helicopter flight test center. As far as I know, Lockheed hasn't decided to shut that down and relocate. Everything else has been converted to regular office buildings.
