Designed in 1958 by Maurice Thivent, the "Randonnée" was a design intended as a kind
of French Ercoupe, with dual controls and vice free handling. Additional design points were
a better cockpit view and sound proofing. The wing was fitted with fixed slats endplates, the
ailerons were positioned over the wing, so the complete length of the trailing edge could be
used as flaps.
The structure should be built from welded steel tubes, covered with fibre plastics. A Continental
engine with 90 hp was envisaged.
