Wow regrettably I missed this post!Up until now I never knew of this high-altitude variant development of the Bison.Would it be safe enough to say that the Myasishchev bureau would have been better off sticking with this design, as opposed to the actual VM-26 design which would become the disappointing M-4 Bison? There must be more pics of the VM-28 mockup out there!! Would be very interested to see them RegardsPioneer
