What could just as easily happen is that Russia seizes/nationalizes the assets of Western companies in Russia in tit for tat moves.Anything is possible. It sounds like a nightmare redesign for the structural team meaning lots of time and money. But one could conceivably transfer those loads else wise through more structure. Probably better off looking at clean sheet designs, though it might be worth looking at building around a wing box and wings already in production.
