Tzoli,yes, seen the line drawings but I recall one RN constructor noting that the RN disfavoured having torpedo tubes located high and when placing same on cruisers indeed had problems with placing them one deck lower as to seaworthiness, and definitely submerged tubes was not well considered after Great War experience.
