The best military training aircraft?

As we get closer to everybody's favourite event I think a silly competition with no rules is called for.

Mitary training aircraft are in the main a pretty dull bunch. So what would you say is the best built or unbuilt military trainer. You can include variants of combat aircraft just to widen the confusion.

My candidate is Folland FO147 Super Gnat as it contains all the ingredients of a 1960s wonderplane. If you dont know what those are, you really are on the wrong website!

The Folland FO147 Super Gnat as a 1960s wonderplane, oh my - it doesn't even have VTOL capability like the contemporary US-German AVS project !

Closest we Brits could come I am afraid. (mutters into Hot Chocolate)
The conversion trainer version of the AVS would have been awesome with all that dayglo on the wings and fuselage...
