TESI-made helicopter?

Hi. Today I encountered facebook post showing high-school trip to the TESI company in Italy. Among pictures supplementing this post are couple showing a helicopter. Description mentions that it is a prototype located in its R&D department and is undergoing "certification". Here is a picture of it:

Apart from that original post, I cannot find anything else on the internet so far.

Do you have any information on this design?

Now, a bonus.
The fuselage of the helicopter and its overall features are identical to the helicopter I was posting about on this forum, and then it was called Helitek KRONO 102 - but that information was originated in 2022. The KRONO 102 was powered by modified 6 cylinder Jabiru engine. The one above seems to be powered by 4 cylinder UL Power engine. Here are couple of KRONO 102 pictures:

It is quite likely that one company in the past developed this platform, and later it was aquired by the TESI and reangined to UL-Power. But this is just my conjecture.
