Hello,
I was curious about how high angle-of-attack stability is expected to be achieved in the various 6 gen tailless fighter concepts floating about? Any thoughts?
If I recall correctly, MANTA, was pretty dependent on thrust vectoring (it might be recoverable from normal forward flight with an engine out, but not high AoA) ...but that is a 1990s design.
Anyone feel like informing me? It isn't the easiest flight regime to go tailless in.
