TACAN-equipped Lima Sites in Laos in the 1960s

I'd like to verify if there were other TACAN-equipped Lima sites in Laos apart from the following ones?

LS-85 TACAN ch. 97 active till 1968 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lima_Site_85

LS-61 TACAN ch 77 at Muang Phalan active till 1967 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muang_Phalan_TACAN_Site

It seems that there was also a third TACAN site in Laos in the 1960s. Anyone knows where exactly and on which TACAN channel it operated?
