T-62 with SA-3.

I know Cuba put some S-125s onto tank chassis but those did not retain their turrets. If it's mounted on a launch rail there's no reason why the S-125 couldn't be fired. Maybe this is intended for an SSM role? Or maybe it's a way to reconstitute a launch capability someplace where there's been combat, like Syria?

I do not see how you can aim such a thing with even the slightest degree of accuracy. Without guidance commands being sent to the missile will it even go in a straight line for as long as the rocket motor is burning?

It's the sort of thing you point at a building and hope to hit it.

Minimum range - so I assume minimum arming distance was 2,5km. So just weapon to terrorize whole city.
