here is a strange idea (to me) for glider aircraft,I put it here,because
I don't know if it was actually built or not ?.

Not unusual - still in use today for saiplanes, especially those without flaps. These are also known as DFS Air Brakes - see: https://digital.library.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metadc63281/m1/20/

This lay out (top and bottom dive brakes) was also done using a pop out "fence" type dive brake. Nowadays, you typically only see top surface spoilers on composite sailplanes in connjuction with the flaps.
