Stealthy Tomcat

i dont know if this is the right place for my quesstion i found this pic in WHAT-IF modelers
where i can find more info on that Tomcat II ? i we searched in books and didnt find anything

I don't think it is real or better to say serious. I have the same picture in my archive labeled as "stealthy F-14 what-if".

Short version: the only firm provenance for this image is ADM Gilchrist's article in favor of an improved F-14 instead of the F/A-18E/F in Flight Journal.
