Late but hopefully not too late, I found evidence of this aircraft in the following article about the Stakr 1:

SPL Liberec - Spolek přátel letectví

A translation with deepl shows that the Stakr 2 was a slightly modified Mraz M1C Sokol with a Walter Minor 6 engine and was used for record flights

The name Stakr appeared in Czechoslovak aviation once more, the machine with serial number 2 was a slightly modified M-1C Sokol serial number 212, after conversion from OK-CIP to OK-CLE and with Walter Minor 6-IIIC engine used by L. Št'astný for record flights in 1955-57. Pavel Klouček
