Hi,

Mr. Stanisław Sobkow who designed the WS-1 & WS-2 before WWII,he created after the war
the WS-3 Czajka of 1956,it was a single seat cantilever sporting monoplane, very strange concept
with twin tail fin, powered by either one 60 or 75 hp engine.

In 1968,he invented a famous amateur two-seat helicopter in Poland,it was WS-4 Świerszcz,
powered by one 75 hp Praga D engine.

You're welcome.

In these days the helicopter is called the WS-4 Bis Świerszcz. It has even painted it on its rudder. Hover, I cannot locate the point in time when the "Bis" was added and why. Maybe you know?
