Stand-off mini-torpedo

On this page, http://www.hisutton.com/Warships sunk by sneak attack.html, I see this line "Combat swimmers with stand-of mini-torpedo" used to explain the sinking of the PC 176 Mukos. I had no idea this was a type of weapon fielded, and am super duper curious.

Apparently the weapon in question is better described as an improvised remote control explosive boat, torpedo is a bit misleading

Has anyone made some inclined blister type light turrets that can slew down a bit to hit smaller targets closer in?
