I wish to ask if anybody knows more about these two radars which were extremely ECM resistant and long ranged (300nm for the SPS-38)
According to the Electronic Industries a Chilton Publication 1960 February issue (Can be found online) that the smaller SPS-45 was intended for Destroyer sized vessels:

The General Electric Company's Heavy Military Electronics Dept., in Syracuse has a $3,600,000 contract todevelop a lightweight air search radar for the U. S. Navy. The air search radar, the AN/SPS-45, is being designed for installation aboard ships of the destroyer class.
