Special duty flight in 1951 to resupply Ukrainian insurgency

Does anyone have more information on the special flights to resupply Ukrainian insurgency after WW II? I am particularly interested in the airdrop that took place on 14 May 1951 in the Ukraine and Poland. Myron Matvieyko of the OUN security service was parachuted into the Ukraine then. Another team of OUN agents was parachuted into Poland from the same aircraft.

There are unconfirmed reports that the aircraft was an Avro Lancaster, which departed from Cyprus with a Hungarian mercenary crew. The a/c entered the Soviet airspace from Romania, and safely returned home.

The op was run by the British.
