about spanish ALA I and ALA II fighter projects ?.

No mention in Green & Swanborough's Complete Book of Fighters.

A wing of the Spanish Air Force is an "Ala". I wonder whether these names refer to the first two such fighter aircraft wings to be created, Ala 1 and Ala 2. But I do not know, it is just a thought. I do not even know when the system was adopted.
