I've been trying to figure out what other information there is of this missile for around a week or two now, and yet there were no leads. From what I can gather from the only source on it, it was a Spanish ATGM project that began development during the mid-80s and it underwent tests in the White Sands Range for around 4 years beginning in 1995. It is not stated what became of the project as a whole after 1999.
