"Soviet Long Range and Naval Aviation missiles" book

I ordered "Soviet Long Range and Naval Aviation missiles" book at http://www.aviapress.com/

After receiving my payment, the book was shipped 25-10-2007, according from "order status" info. But I never received it.

All the emails I've sent to their "customer service" address remain without answer...

I'm a bit dissapointed (to say something soft).

Please think twice if you want to order anything there.

Have checked up http://forums.airforce.ru/showthread.php?t=1283 - you are not the first one. Contact person was someone called Vlad Ginzburg?
Contact www.ccnow.com that aviapress uses as money collector agent, you will at least receive you money back (as it was in case of other unlucky buyers).

No email was received from aviapress customer service so I tryed to contact them via CCNow following flateric's advice. That worked, CCNow personel was very kind and professional. They tryed to contact with Aviapress but no one answered them so CCNow refound my payment. I'm very happy with their service.

It's a pity that I couldn't buy a copy of the book because it seems very interesting.
