Soviet fighters with M-250 Dobrynin engine.

Hello, everyone.
Several years ago on this forum the 3D model of the fighter be Alekseev with M-250 engine was published

However, does anyone have any information about other projects with this engine?
The only thing that I could find is several mentioning of fighters with M-250 designed by Yakovlev and Polikarpov in the very early stage, but no details or blueprints.

I have seen this post already, but there is no info about projects with M-250 by Polikarpov and Yakovlev. They are my purpose
