They probably could - after all, they were designed to withstand the overpressure from nuclear blast.My naval knowledge is very limited, but I don't think planar radar antennas could withstand the shock wave when the guns were fired. During World War II it was customary to throw seaplanes into the sea before entering combat.

The EMP isn't much of a problem for warships. They are big metal boxes grounded in water - essentially a floating Faraday cages. As long as cables going in & out are equipped with protection breakers and waveguides are shielded properly, EMP is not a big concern.Not sure why, the EMP would likely destroy everything behind the antennas...
