Doesn't look weird enough for Rutan, if you ask me... lol

Reminds me of a lot of other, much earlier designs though. Nice, anyway.

Very nice plane.

The site mentions the Tupoler Tu-34 as an advanced VSTOL pusher as another similar design.

But in the web I only can find this about it:
