Between 1961 and 1964 Alfons Siemetzki built two turbine powered single seat helicopters. First was the ASRO-3T,
powered by a 90shp BMW 6002 turbo engine, a very basic construction (photo from Der Flieger, January 1963).
The following ASRO-4 had a more powerful MAN turbo engine and cockpit and tail boom fairings.
